At Join With Me, every booking is confirmed only after full payment. We invest in advance arrangements such as local staff, permissions, meals, logistics, and experience curation. Therefore, we follow a strict no-refund and no-exchange policy once a booking is made.
All payments made towards any Join With Me experience — including hikes, camps, or workshops — are non-refundable.
Once the payment is completed, no refund or transfer will be provided under any circumstances (including personal reasons, change of plans, weather, or travel delays).
In rare cases where an event is cancelled by Join With Me, participants will receive either a rescheduled date or a credit voucher valid for a future experience.
As our services are experience-based and non-tangible, there are no returns or exchanges applicable.
However, if you wish to transfer your spot to a friend or family member for the same date and event, please inform us at least 48 hours before the scheduled experience. The transfer will be approved only if logistics allow.
Since Join With Me operates on a no-refund policy, there are no refund timelines applicable. In the case of an official event cancellation from our end, credit or reschedule details will be communicated within 7 working days.
Cancellations by Participants: No refunds or credits will be provided for cancellations made by participants after booking.
Cancellations by Join With Me: If we are required to cancel or postpone an event due to unavoidable reasons (such as extreme weather, safety concerns, or government restrictions), participants will be informed promptly and offered either a new date or a credit voucher of equal value.
